NLS SPECIALTIES, INC. GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION

MINIMUM ORDERS

There is no minimum order for stock items.  However, there is a $20 minimum for any order to be charged on a credit card.

For custom orders, minimum quantity requirements vary by item.  Each custom item has a set minimum order.  Some items have a “less than minimum charge” to order less than the catalog quantity, usually half of the catalog minimum quantity.  Please inquire for specific item details. 

Blank items are also available.  There is typically a minimum order charge ranging from $20-$50 for any item that has to be custom ordered including blank items.  The charge varies depending on the product.
There are many gift items available with no minimum order.  Examples of these gift or award items are watches, crystal items and leather gifts.  Please visit the gift section of our website to browse these items.

PRODUCTION TIME

Normal production time varies depending upon the product.  Standard time is typically 2-3 weeks from receipt of order and artwork.  Some items may take up to 6-8 weeks.  Production time does not include time in transit, please allow at least 3 days for regular ground freight.

Rush Orders

Stock Orders:  There is a $5 rush charge to send out orders on no-ship days.  The regular shipping day for stock products is Friday for orders placed by noon on Wednesday. Orders placed after noon on Wednesday will ship on Friday of the following week.  Rush orders might also incur expedited shipping charges. 

Custom Orders:  There are many items available on a rush service. These items usually incur a rush charge or have a higher price.  Expedited shipping charges might also apply.

Shipping Information

Stock Orders:  Orders placed by noon on Wednesday will be shipped on Friday of that week, based on availability.  Orders placed after noon on Wednesday will ship on the following Friday. 

Rush Stock Orders:  Orders will be shipped via ground UPS unless otherwise specified.  Rush shipping is available.  Orders sent out prior to Friday or placed after Wednesday will be charged a $5 rush fee.  Expedited shipping is also available and will be quoted upon request. 

Custom Orders:  Custom orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacturer.  Most items are shipped via UPS or Federal Express ground service.  Expedited shipping is also available and will be quoted upon request. 

We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States, however, due to carrier restrictions we can only deliver to street addresses. 

OVER/UNDER RUNS

We try to produce your order in the quantity specified; however we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.

PRICING

Unless otherwise noted, all prices quoted include one-color, one-position imprint.  Setup charges vary depending on the item.  Additional charges apply for multiple imprint colors or locations of imprint.  Please call for pricing information regarding multiple imprint colors or multiple location printing. 

RETURNS

NLS Specialties wants you to be satisfied with your order.  If a problem arises we will make every attempt to rectify the situation.  DO NOT return the items to an address on the packing materials.  NLS Specialties must authorize any return and will provide you with return shipping details. 

Refunds will require merchandise return.  Credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Standard payment terms are net 15.  All payments are due 15 days form the date of the invoice.  Your invoice will be in the box if stock items were ordered or about one week after the receipt of custom printed items. 

First time orders require pre-payment via check or credit card. 

If you have an existing account there are conditions under which new orders may be placed on hold: 

·          If your account is over 30 days past due

·          If a check is returned for Non-Sufficient Funds

·          Non-Payment of previous orders

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

NLS Specialties, Inc. accepts payment by business check, money order, Visa or Master Card.  Please do not send cash through the mail.  Please make payments to: NLS Specialties, Inc. and send to NLS Specialties, Inc.- PO Box 1897 – Kennesaw, GA 30156

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

We will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order.  If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied.  In case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote.  If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply.  If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order.  We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it.  You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.
